1. Generalities
These general conditions regulate access to and use of the website www.kusiway.com, as well as purchases made through it. By accessing the site and/or making a purchase, the user fully accepts these conditions without reservations or exceptions.
Kusiway reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, without affecting purchases made before the change.
2. Payment Methods
Kusiway offers you several secure and convenient payment methods to enhance your shopping experience:
- Credit or debit card: we accept Visa, Mastercard, and other compatible cards.
- Bank transfer or direct deposit: if you choose this option, you will receive the necessary details to make the payment once your order is confirmed.
- Bizum: available for quick payments from mobile devices in Spain.
The charge to your card is made at the time of purchase. All payment methods are protected by encrypted connections. We do not store or have access to your banking information at any time.
3. Shipping
At Kusiway, we make national and international shipments with the goal that our products reach every corner of the world.

⚠️ Delivery times may be affected by holidays, logistical delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Orders of €50 or more enjoy free shipping to the specified zones.
4. Cancellation (Immediate Right of Withdrawal)
You have 2 hours from order confirmation to cancel at no cost. Request it by sending an email to atencioncliente@kusiway.com indicating your order number; we will confirm the cancellation and full refund. After this period, the order may be in preparation or dispatch, and the standard return procedure (section 6) will apply.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You can return your purchase within 14 calendar days after receipt, provided that the product:
- Has not been used or opened (for hygiene reasons). In the case of the Facial Brush, which is a hygiene product, the protective plastic must not be unsealed to make the return, or in the case of children’s products, they must not have been used.
- Is in perfect condition, with packaging, accessories, and instructions.
6. Defective Products or Shipping Errors
If upon receiving your order you find that the product is damaged, defective, or does not correspond to what you ordered, please contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from delivery.
Write to us at atencioncliente@kusiway.com and attach photographs of the product and the packaging. Our team will assess the situation and offer you a quick solution:
- Replacement of the product at no additional cost.
- Full refund.
- Issuance of a coupon or voucher for future purchases, if you prefer.
In these cases, the costs of return and new shipping will be covered by Kusiway.
How to Manage a Return or Withdrawal?
- Send an email to atencioncliente@kusiway.com indicating your order number, reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
- We will provide you with detailed instructions and the address to send the package.
- Once we receive the product in our warehouses and verify its condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.
Important:
- The return costs are borne by the customer, unless it is our mistake or a defective product.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used (for example: facial cleansing brushes).
- In case of requesting an exchange for another product, the same policy will apply, and the new shipment will be processed once the return is confirmed.
