1. General Terms
These general conditions govern access to and use of the website www.kusiway.com, as well as purchases made through it. By accessing the site and/or making a purchase, the user fully accepts these conditions without reservations or exceptions.
Kusiway reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, without affecting purchases already made prior to the change.
2. Payment Methods
Kusiway offers you several secure and convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience easier:
- Credit or debit card: we accept Visa, Mastercard and other compatible cards.
- Bank transfer or direct deposit: if you choose this option, you will receive the necessary details to make the payment once your order is confirmed.
- Bizum: available for quick payments from mobile devices in Spain.
The card charge is made at the time of purchase. All payment methods are protected by encrypted connections. We never store or have access to your banking details.
3. Shipping
At Kusiway we ship nationally and internationally to get our products to every corner of the world.

⚠️ Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, logistical delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Orders of €50 or more enjoy free shipping to the zones indicated.
4. Cancellation (immediate right of withdrawal)
You have 2 hours from order confirmation to cancel at no cost. Request this by sending an email to atencioncliente@kusiway.com with your order number; we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund. After this period, the order may already be in preparation or dispatch, and the standard returns procedure will apply (section 6).
5. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You may return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that the product:
- Has not been used or opened (for hygiene reasons). In the case of the Facial Brush, which is a hygiene product, it must not be unsealed from its protective plastic to be eligible for return. Children’s products must not have been used.
- Is in perfect condition, with original packaging, accessories and instructions.
6. Defective Products or Shipping Errors
If upon receiving your order you find that the product is damaged, defective or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Write to us at atencioncliente@kusiway.com and attach photos of the product and packaging. Our team will assess the situation and offer you a quick solution:
- Free replacement of the product.
- Full refund.
- Issue of a voucher for future purchases, if you prefer.
In these cases, the cost of return shipping and re-delivery will be covered by Kusiway.
⚠️ IMPORTANT — Before sending any return: You must contact us first at atencioncliente@kusiway.com to coordinate the process. Do not send any package without having received instructions and confirmation from us.
How to process a return or withdrawal?
- Send an email to atencioncliente@kusiway.com with your order number, reason for the return and photos if applicable.
- We will provide detailed instructions and the return address. Do not send the product until you receive this confirmation.
- Once the product has been received at our warehouse and its condition verified, we will process the corresponding refund.
Important:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used (for example: facial cleansing brushes).
- In case of requesting an exchange for another product, the same policy applies, and the new shipment will be processed once the return is confirmed.
